I am a Spiritual Life Coach, Retreat Leader, Certified Meditation Instructor and Speaker. My passion is supporting people to connect with their essential nature ~ their Soul. Embrace their humanity ~ begin to love and accept themselves and make peace with parts of themselves they have been at war with. It is often said that we are our own worse enemy - what I know for sure is once you begin to love and accept all of your humanity, you can in turn, love and accept others and attract all you desire into your life. Your outer world is always reflecting your inner world - if you don't like what is showing up in the outer world you will find the answers within - by working on your inner world you will open up to new levels of consciousness which is in essence a new reality.
