We create safe space for you to be authentically open and receptive. You will learn the simple processes of how to listen to your inner wisdom, tap into your creative voice and expand your vision. Begin a meditation practice or strengthen your present practice. Connect with your body in a loving and spiritual way through yoga and massage. It is our intention that you come away with a deeper level of creative self expression to keep you consciously on your journey remembering you are whole, you are complete.

What happens at Journey to Wholeness?

This retreat is our signature retreat that I have been leading since 2004.

During this weekend you will have an opportunity to learn the secrets of meditation, unlock the stillness that rests within your soul, and connect to your inner essence like never before. You will experience the natural beauty of nature, relax and restore your sense of harmony and balance. The Journey to Wholeness weekend includes instruction in Primordial Sound Meditation, an ancient, easy-to-learn meditation practice that provides many tangible healing benefits. You will stretch your understanding of yoga by learning the eight limbs of yoga and how to integrate them into your daily life.

In a nurturing and inspiring environment, you will gain a deeper understanding of your spiritual path and personal practice, learning powerful techniques and yogic wisdom that you will be able to integrate into your daily life on and off the mat.

You will have time for private contemplation and the opportunity to share heartfelt discussions, group meditations, and special activities with those in your group. You will also have an opportunity to get healing touch massages and energy work by certified therapists.

Please pay the deposit and once we receive your registration you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible as there is a limited amount of rooms reserved for the group.

Events, Programs, Workshops, and Retreats

Guests have 36 hours from the time of payment to cancel and receive a refund less 10% processing fee; after 36 hours from time of payment, there are no refunds for any Journey to Wholeness Program, Seminar, Retreat, or Workshop. In the event that a guest must cancel after 36 hours from the time of payment, the dollar amount of the paid tuition can be credited towards any future Journey to Wholeness event(s) within one year.

Guests who cancel within 24 hours of the start of any Journey to Wholeness event will incur a $100 no-show cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card used at the time of registration.
